Feasibility Study

Limpid Engineering Private Limited was invited by Parry Sugars Refinery India Pvt. Ltd. to their plant for an overall and detailed plant’s performance study. We are very much appreciate the efforts of management in the area of energy conservation by joining hands with Limpid Engineering Private limited for the detailed Energy Conservation Report of their sugar division. This visit is done by three of our engineers in your factory Parry Sugars Refinery India Pvt. Ltd. that has to improve the energy efficiency of the plant along with feasibility of new 100 TPD special sugar conditioning system. After the visit few potential areas has been discovered where improvement can be done to reduce the operating cost of the factory. Strategy for the improvements discussed in detail with factory personnel’s. This report bring forth all these sections and summaries the improvements along with potential savings and tentative capital required. This two days visit to your factory Parry Sugars Refinery India Pvt. Ltd. took place on 20th January 2021 which is facilitated by Mr. NRM. Gopalakrishnan (DGM Engineering) to study the potential area for the improvement for the energy efficiency and sugar conditioning system. After the study Limpid Engineering Pvt. Ltd. found potential of INR 183MM of savings.
