We begins with a concept study, and prepare mass energy balances, and present the process in a block diagram or simple process flow diagram. With an additional economic feasibility analysis, we will develop an overall concept that takes into account all key factors of the plant. This is followed by preparation of equipment lists and specifications, a list of control circuits for the measuring and control systems, and a general layout plan for key equipment.
Detailed Engineering

Basic engineering work is further fined tuned to the micro level detailing. In detailed engineering we provides detailed layout plans, general arrangement (GA) drawings, load data for steel structures and concrete foundations, piping routing, final design calculations, equipment sizing calculations, equipment specifications, details of electric systems with line diagram, specifications for electrical switchgear and equipment, like transformers, motor control centers, starters, and more.
