Entrainment Separator
Vapors out achieved to be having 20-40ppm traces only.
Entrainment Separator was installed at Buriram Sugar Factory, Thailand in the year 2019 at the vapors out of steam transformer. Objective was to arrest the entrainment and bring the condensate sugar content 20ppm. We were able to achieve this target but some time process fluctuations led to the sugar contact to more than our target.
